2) All Credit Card Billing is shown as "Bargain House Racing" which is the owning company of the DeptOfRacing.com website.
3) All Orders and Correspondence are shipped with DeptOfRacing.com or Bargain House shipping address which is located at 244 North Main Street - Kernersville, NC 27284 Phone (336)996-8088. Store Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
4) The only information collected is that which is supplied by the customer in the submission of his or her order. Customer information is never divulged to anyone except those processing the customer request or in quality reviews of those orders.
5) When you place an order you will be given an opportunity to sign up for a Newsletter. The Newsletter will be infrequent and have an Opt-Out feature. If you sign up for the Newletter your email will not be given to any other company or mailing list.
6) On some products you order our system will give you an opportunity to write a review of the item. If you decide to write a review it will stay on the DeptOfRacing.com site for others to view what your comments are of our products and services. You are given a chance to write a review, but you can Opt-Out and not write one. We thought this was a good idea so past Customers could share their thoughts about our products or services with some of the New Customers.
