SHIPPING:
1) ***FREE US Delivery on $50.00 or more orders.***. Only $5.00 shipping on orders less than $50.00 .
2) The majority of our packages are shipped with the US Postal Service, Priority Mail or First Class Mail. All orders shipped via USPS have Delivery Confirmation. We also ship by UPS. When we use UPS a tracking number can be provided.
3) We ship packages out at least once a week. Sometimes your package will go out the day you order it and sometimes it may be 7 days before we can ship to you. No Credit Cards will be processed until the order is ready to be shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped.
4) If you place a large order and one item is going to cause any delay (say you order 3 of one item and we only have 2), we will ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any shipping charges for the remainder of your order. If you prefer to wait for one shipment of all your items, let us know and we will be glad to accommodate your request.
5) Damaged Goods: If any merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Please keep the packaging material because the carrier often needs to study it when a damage claim report is submitted.
6) Undeliverable Packages: All packages returned to our warehouse undeliverable or refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order is re-shipped, additional charges may apply.
RETURNS:
1) Unworn items purchased from DeptOfRacing.com - Bargain House may be exchanged for size/color or returned for a full refund (except shipping) with absolutely no hassle. Items returned most be in New and Un-worn condition. Sale items are not exchangeable/returnable. Please email us for instructions prior to your exchange/return within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise. Please send all returns with a Delivery Confirmation to insure receipt or we cannot be responsible for non-receipt without proof of delivery.
2) When returning an item please include all packing. Packing Slip, Box, and other parts that go with the item you ordered.
3) Credits will be applied to the credit card account used when the order was placed. You will be notified via e-mail that the refund has been processed, usually within a few days of receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is a result of an error by DeptOfRacing.com - Bargain House.
4) When exchanging an item, please state the new size and color you need. Please note sizes from the web site. Some sizes are not available in all styles.
5) A good return would use these steps:
Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Store
1. Include the pack slip from your shipment.
2. Wrap the package securely. Use the original pack material, if possible.
3. Mail the package to the address listed below.
4. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS.
5. Once we receive your item, we will send you confirmation via e-mail.
6. We will process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
7. For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item at our store.
8.. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you do not have your pack slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.
